Sometimes you may want to arrange cleaning for someone else – perhaps a family member, a tenant, or a workplace. You can do this by entering the relevant name and address during the order process.

👤 Can I place an order for someone else?

Yes. During the order process, you can enter the other person’s name and the address where the cleaning should take place.

This allows you to arrange cleaning on behalf of someone else, such as a family member or another person whose home needs to be cleaned.

🏢 Can I place an order for a company?

Yes, it is possible to place an order for a company.

However, Helpling primarily serves private households. The cleaning service itself does not change when the order is placed for a business.

🧾 Will I receive a company invoice?

Placing an order for a company does not create a different type of invoice.

The invoice is issued through the same process as for any other order. Whether it includes a VAT ID or tax number depends on the service provider’s tax status and circumstances – not on whether the recipient is a private individual or a company.

This means that placing an order for a company does not automatically guarantee that a VAT ID or tax number will appear on the invoice.

💡 Good to know

Your self-employed service provider is the biller and is responsible for issuing the invoice.

The invoice details available therefore depend on the provider’s own tax status, rather than on the person or company receiving the service.
