Why Do I Need A User Account To Book The Service?

Learn how managing your order through Helpling helps you keep appointment details, communication, invoices, and support in one place.

Written by Milan Geerling

Keeping everything connected to your cleaning order in one place can make the whole process much easier. Through your Helpling account, you can view appointment details, communicate with your service provider, access invoices, and manage any changes that come up.

If something goes wrong, our Support team can also explain the available options and help facilitate communication between you and your service provider. Helpling acts as an impartial marketplace, while the self-employed provider remains responsible for carrying out the service and issuing the invoice.

📅 Manage your order from your account

Your Helpling account allows you to view and manage information relating to your order, including:

  • Upcoming and past appointments

  • Order details

  • Your service provider’s profile

  • Invoices and payment information

Keeping your order details in your account makes it easier to follow what has been agreed.

💬 Keep communication in one place

You can use the Helpling Chat to communicate with your service provider about your appointment.

This gives both you and the provider a clear record of important messages, instructions, and agreed changes.

🧾 Access your invoices

Invoices are issued by your self-employed service provider after the appointment has been completed.

Helpling facilitates the invoicing and payment process and makes the invoice available through your account.

🛡️ Liability insurance

Eligible household cleaning appointments arranged through Helpling may be covered by liability insurance, subject to the applicable conditions.

For more information about the coverage, see Liability Insurance.

🤝 Get help when something goes wrong

If you experience a problem with an order arranged through Helpling, our Support team can explain the available process and help facilitate communication between you and your service provider.

As a marketplace, Helpling acts as an impartial mediator and does not make decisions on behalf of either party.

💡 Good to know

Your service provider is self-employed and is responsible for providing the service and issuing the invoice.

Payments are processed through your Helpling account, but the service provider – not Helpling – is the biller.
