You can access and download all of your invoices directly from your Helpling account whenever you need them.
View your invoices

Log in to your Helpling account.
Open the Invoices tab.
Here you'll find all available invoices for your bookings.
đ± In the app
Open the Helpling app.
Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
Select Invoices.
Depending on your device, you may already be able to download the displayed invoice to your device.
Download Multiple Invoices
You can also download invoices for an entire year in one batch.
Go to the âInvoicesâ section.
Click âDownload All Invoices.â
Select the desired year and click âDownload Invoices.â
Download your annual invoice overview
Need a summary for tax or accounting purposes?
You can download an overview of all invoices for a specific year.
Open the Invoices section.
Select Download annual invoice overview.
Choose the year you'd like to download.
Click Download summary.

Your annual invoice overview will be downloaded as a PDF.

Individual invoices are available as PDF files.
You can also download an annual invoice overview for a selected year.
Annual summaries can be useful for tax returns or personal record keeping.
The annual invoice overview is not an invoice. It is only a summary of all payments made during the year.

A separate yearly invoice cannot be issued. For accounting purposes, please use the individual invoices provided for each completed order.
