How Can I Cancel a Single Appointment?

Sometimes plans change, and you may only need to cancel one cleaning appointment, while keeping the rest of your recurring booking exactly as it is.

You can easily cancel a single appointment through your Helpling account in just a few steps.

Log in to your Helpling account.

On the home screen, scroll down to Next Appointments and select the appointment you’d like to manage.

That’s much cleaner and matches what you’re actually seeing in the app.

Choose the appointment you'd like to cancel.

Open the appointment details and select "Cancel appointment".

Choose the reason for cancelling your appointment, then confirm the cancellation.

Please remember that Helpling's cancellation policy still applies.

If you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, your provider may be able to charge a compensation. Please note that the decision is always made by the service provider, not by Helpling.

If your plans have changed but you'd still like the cleaning to take place, consider rescheduling the appointment instead.
