After your own appointment has ended, you can share feedback too. Your review may appear on the service provider’s public profile, helping future customers make a more informed choice.

You can leave a review as soon as your appointment has ended.

After the appointment is completed, you’ll receive a pop-up inviting you to leave a review.

You can also review a completed appointment later by opening it from your past appointments in your Helpling account.

Reviews cannot be edited directly through your account after they have been submitted.

If you need to change or correct a review, please contact our Support team.

Reviews may be displayed on the service provider’s public Helpling profile.

This means people visiting the profile can read feedback left by previous customers before deciding whether to send an order request.

Yes. You can share your service provider’s public Helpling profile with friends, family, or anyone else who may be interested.

Open your service provider’s profile from your Helpling account. There, you can access their external profile link, copy it, and share it with others.

Anyone who opens the link can view the service provider’s profile and send them an order request directly.

If you cannot find the option to leave a review, need help locating a service provider’s profile link, or would like an existing review updated, please contact our Support team.
