🤝 Report the issue through the Service Portal
If you'd rather submit the issue yourself, you can do so anytime through the Helpling Support Portal.
How to report an invoice dispute
Log in to your Helpling account.
Click the shaking hands icon in the top-right corner.
Select Report a problem.
Choose Dispute an invoice.
Select the reason for your dispute.

Submit your request.
Once submitted, your request is automatically sent to your self-employed service provider for review.

⏳ What happens after I submit my dispute?
Most invoice disputes are resolved within a few hours.
In some cases, the review may take up to 7 days.

🧾 Who issues my invoice?
Invoices are issued directly by your self-employed service provider.
Helpling facilitates the delivery of the invoice but is not the invoice issuer.
