Waiting for an important update and not seeing it in your inbox can be frustrating. In many cases, the email may have been filtered into your Spam folder or sent to an address containing a small typo.
Here’s what to check before contacting Support.
📥 Step 1: Check your Spam folder
Open the Spam or Junk folder in your email account and look for messages from Helpling.
If you find one, mark it as Not Spam so future emails are more likely to arrive in your main inbox.
👤 Step 2: Check the email address in your profile
Log in to your Helpling account and check which email address is connected to your profile.
Make sure:
The address is correct
There are no spelling mistakes
You are checking the inbox linked to that address
Even a small typo may prevent emails from reaching you.
💬 Still not receiving emails?
If you have checked your Spam folder and confirmed that your email address is correct, please contact our Support team.
Let them know which email you expected to receive and the email address currently shown in your Helpling profile.
💡 Good to know
Important order information is always sent to the email address saved in your profile.
